3. Digital Products & Purchases

• All digital products (including ebooks, audiobooks, courses, and masterclasses) are for personal use only and may not be resold, redistributed, or shared without our written permission.
• Payments are processed securely through a third-party payment processor. By purchasing, you agree to that processor's applicable terms.
• Because digital products are delivered electronically, all sales are final and non-refundable except where required by law, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

4. Community Memberships

Community membership tiers (Community, Expand Your Brand, and the Unapologetic Mastermind) are subscription or application-based offerings with their own terms provided at checkout or during the application process. We reserve the right to remove members who violate our community guidelines or engage in harassment, harmful, or disruptive behavior.

5. Events & Coaching

Coaching sessions, events, and immersions are provided on a good-faith basis to help you build stronger relationships and personal brand presence. We make no guarantees of specific results, as outcomes depend on your own effort and circumstances.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, videos, and digital products — is owned by No Apologies Inc. or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission.

7. Disclaimer

The Site and our products/services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, No Apologies Inc.'s total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site or our products/services will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
